Most Pune repair sites have a row of glowing testimonials from “Rohit S.” and “Priya M.” next to stock-photo faces. They could be real. They could be written by the shop owner’s nephew. You have no way to tell.
We’re new. We don’t have Google reviews yet because we haven’t earned them yet. The day we have real verified Google reviews, this page will embed them — directly from Google Business Profile, with each reviewer’s actual public profile. No paraphrasing, no editing.

When real reviews arrive, here’s how we handle them:
The good ones: We don’t pay for them, ask friends to write them, or offer discounts in exchange. If you got good service and want to share, that’s your call.

We don’t ask anyone to remove negative reviews. If the issue is genuine and we couldn’t resolve it, the review stays. We’d rather be transparent than fake.
